Just Goat Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Just Goat, LLC luxury transportation services. We are delighted to have you as our valued customer and guest. Please take a moment to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions, as they govern the use of our luxurious transportation services.

Booking and Reservations: a. Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service. b. All reservations require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. c. Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend making reservations well in advance. d. The reservation is considered confirmed with the non-refundable deposit; however, the booking cannot be fulfilled until all payments are paid in full in advance. e. For reservations requiring a 24-plus passenger bus or larger, full payment must be received 14 days prior to the booking date. For all other bookings, full payment is required 7 days prior to the booking date. f. If full payment is not received by the specified date, there is a risk of forfeiting the deposit, leading to the cancellation of the booking or loss of the reserved bus(es). g. Just Goat reserves the right to upgrade your vehicle class due to availability and routing at no additional charge to the client. This includes upgrading from a sedan to an SUV. If, for any reason, you cannot ride in an SUV, please let us know at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: a. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for special events, award shows, or oversized vehicles (24-plus passengers) will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. b. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for all other reservations will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. c. Cancellations made within the specified cancellation period will be subject to a cancellation fee, with the non-refundable deposit retained. d. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, including the non-refundable deposit.

Refund Policy: a. Once the reservation has started, there are no refunds allowed due to the trip ending early for any reason. b. Just Goat is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date within 1 year from the original booking request date. c. Just Goat is not responsible for delays or termination caused by weather or unsafe road conditions.

Payment: a. Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior credit arrangements have been made. b. We accept major credit cards, electronic transfers, and approved corporate accounts. c. Customer agrees that Just Goat may verify/authorize the credit card on file for any remaining balance. Customer hereby authorizes Just Goat to charge the above transaction to the credit card on file. d. Additional charges, such as tolls and parking fees, will be billed separately, and the customer shall be responsible for all parking expenses and tolls. e. A late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance will be applied to all payments past due by 10 days. f. Payments past due by 30 days will incur an additional penalty of 15% of the outstanding balance. g. Accounts that remain unpaid 45 days after the due date will be sent to collections. The customer will be responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees and court costs. h. Just Goat reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any account that is more than 30 days overdue.

Deposits: a. All deposits required are nonrefundable but can be used as credit for a future booking within 1 year from the original booking request date. b. An initial deposit of 25% - 50% (depending on vehicle type) will be charged to the credit card on file to reserve the booking date.

Vehicle Selection: a. We will make every effort to provide the requested vehicle, but specific vehicle availability is not guaranteed. b. We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute the vehicle with one of equal or greater quality if necessary. c. Customer is responsible for guests and assumes full responsibility for any damages to Just Goat vehicles. Vomit in or on a Just Goat vehicle will incur a $500+ clean-up charge. Excessive clean-up will result in a $300+ charge. Broken or missing glass is $100 each. d. Just Goat vehicles may not be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Conduct of Passengers: a. Passengers are expected to behave courteously and respectfully towards the driver and other passengers. b. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in Just Goat vehicles. If this policy has been violated, there will be a $1000 penalty fee charged to the client's card on file. If the client would like a vehicle that can be smoked in, Just Goat and the client will agree on an outsourced vehicle that allows it with a smoke fee added to the bill. c. Any damage caused by passengers will result in repair or replacement costs billed to the responsible party. d. There are no pets/animals allowed in Just Goat vehicles. There will be a $500 penalty fee if this policy is broken.

Safety and Liability: a. Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers while the vehicle is in motion. b. Just Goat, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the transportation period. c. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

Delays and Force Majeure: a. Just Goat, LLC is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. b. In the event of a service disruption due to force majeure, we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution or a refund.

Grace Periods and Waiting Times: a. For all hourly services, we grant a 30-minute grace period of extra time. Any overage after the 30 minutes will be billed to the next hour. b. For all point-to-point transfers, we grant a 15-minute grace period before a waiting time charge is applied. c. For airport arrivals, we grant a 30-minute courtesy wait time on domestic arrivals and a 60-minute courtesy wait time on international arrivals before a waiting charge is applied.

Privacy and Data Security: a. We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Feedback and Complaints: a. We welcome your feedback and are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. b. Please contact our customer service department to file a complaint or provide feedback. c. If you are unable to connect with your chauffeur, please call us immediately at 404-940-4208.

Affiliate Services: a. Just Goat, at its discretion, may use qualified affiliates to fulfill ground transportation services for booking.

Termination of Service: a. Just Goat, LLC reserves the right to terminate the charter at any time without refund if he/she deems the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle.

Indemnification: a. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Just Goat, LLC, its agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the customer's use of our services, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the production or event.

Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions: a. These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. It is the responsibility of customers to regularly review the terms and conditions for any changes, as notifications for each update may not be provided.
